All Results Normal
I finally received my results from the doctors and everything is fine or at least that's what they tell me. The lab results indicated that I had "Severe, severe iron deficiency." That's it?! I almost had brain damaged because of an iron deficiency. "Are you still taking your iron pills?" Dr. S asked me this morning. "Ummm...yeah." I should have told her that I haven't been taken the pills on a regular basis. Those suckers are supper strong. I could never take them at work because then I would have to go home due to nauseousness and other ailments. "I want you to come to see me in one month, okay?" She said. The appointment was set for Jan. 23rd and hopefully my blood count will be back up to 13.0 and not at 9.0. All the other tests came back okay. So Yeah!!!
I received my new Gateway PC last week and I haven't turned it off ever since. It is constantly downloading music files and such...I am pretty sure it will crap out on me at some point. I failed to mention that after I received my pc, Gateway sent another one the next day. When I placed my initial order on Dec. 12th, I noticed that I needed to make a few changes on the order. Since the site indicated that I have up to 48 hours to make any changes on the order, I contacted Gateway to inform them. Their customer support team sucks!!! I received an email back stating that a person was assigned to my order status request. The customer support person will only available at 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday. I contacted them on Friday. How could they forward my information to a person who is working on Sunday when my time limit will expire. I just about gave up and decided that I could live with what I ordered. I received another email from them a few days later with a different order number and UPS tracking numbers for order tracking. I didn't pay attention to it thinking since I received 3 emails like that. I figured it was for the same order. Last Friday my sister signs for the other computer and asked me if I had ordered two. I left a message with the Web Order Management Representative they assigned to my order but she wasn't available. At this point, I feel that I am not going to get results until I become a pain in the arse as the AT&T Customers I try to help on my day job. I am going to call them again and speak with someone live.
