. : Standing behind a Fever fan
Last night I went to Merc to check out the following acts:
Blue Sparks, the Fever, The Witnesses, and The Realistics.
What I thought as each band played or finished their set:
Blue Sparks - The girl bassist is hot. Girl bassists are always hot.
The Fever - Ha! I'm ready for them! (Minutes into their set a Fever fan knocks into me sending my camera into another person and as we both try to catch it, the camera falls on the ground and my batteries are scattered everywhere) Control yourself, man! (I scream) -- I spent most of the Fever's set trying to see if my camera was permanently damaged and trying not to headlock the enthusiastic fan.
The Witnesses - Totally hot! Bonnie, oh my!
The Realistics - I liked the shirt Dennis is wearing (Longwave). Mike attempts to do spilts!
Good times.
I had hoped to do the bar thing but plans went awry.
I was suppose to met up with someone but she was nowhere to be found.
I got a bagel, a Samantha Body Zoomers drink (Strawberry Desperately Seeking C), and hailed a cab to Penn Station.
I'm due back to Brooklyn tonight.
I'm tired now.
But...
The Hours & Bowling for Columbine received top honors at the WGA
