A Ballad, A Tour & A Gun

Switching from one genre to another effortlessly, Lerche moved from rock to the jam-centric "Dead Passengers" to the love-lost ballad "It's Over," all while charming and entertaining the crowd by never taking himself too seriously on stage.

Talib Kweli's The Beautiful Mixtape is in stores now and The Beautiful Struggle LP drops in June.
The following is somewhat music related. A 21-year-old student from the University of Saskatchewan won a bid for an MP3 player on eBay but received a gun instead. "I'm not a hit man. I was mostly confused about it all. I thought 'How did this end up here?', and I figured it must just be a mistake." The pawnshop that auctioned the device sent him an unloaded .22-calibre Smith & Wesson gun and a license by mistake. The student called the police, who removed the weapon. He also e-mailed the shop, who are arranging for his MP3 player to be sent to him. (link BBC)
