A trumpet-playing robot has been developed by Japanese car maker Toyota. It showed off its musical creation at a Tokyo hotel, where the robot played When You Wish Upon a Star on a trumpet. Also, Sony has the all-singing and all-dancing Qrio, which can jog at a top speed of 14 metres per minute. That's some crazy shit! When we used to watch The Jetsons we'd thought that in the year 2000 we'd have flying cars and robots who can cook eggs benedict or something to that effect. Obvs we are no where near flying cars in 2004. You just don't know how many times we imagined getting our very own Judy room where we can press a button and have numerous hairstyles within seconds. We never thought too far ahead about permanent hair issues due to our three seconds hairstyle thingamajig but in our dreams we'd always look marvelous though.
