a scare?
So this morning I got a call from my mother telling me that my doctor's secretary just called. Dr. S's secretary told my mother that it is urgent that I contact my doctor ASAP. So I did. My doctor told me that my test results confirmed (she paused) that I showed signs of One Vertibran (sp?) disease. Okay...not a big shocker as she told me before she was testing to see if I had it and since now it seems it is a hereditary thing since two of my cousins have it but why did they have to scare me like that. I thought she found some terminal disease or something. Good grief. I'm scheduled to see a specialist soon about getting some nose inhaler that will most likely cost over $600 (my cousin has that very same inhaler and it cost $600). I'm going to do some reading on Blood disorders and see a Holistic Practitioner surely it will not cost as much as this inhaler thing I now might have to take.
