The Apprentice: A bore or Score?
Last night NBC premiered yet another reality-based TV show, The Apprentice, a 15-episode series in which candidates vie for the chance to become an "apprentice" to a "master." Executive Producers are Mark Burnett ("Survivor) & Donald Trump.

This show definitely has great potential. Who wouldn't want to compete to be president of one of Trump's corporations? The contestants first task was to sell lemonades. Easy, you'd say to yourself but with $250 to start with how much of a profit would each team make? Virsacorp & Protege accepted the challenge and took to the streets of New York. Location, location, location. Virsacorp did not follow that at all. The women came up on top. Their strategy: "Sex sells!" Men and women of New York couldn't say no to these eight contestants in heels. New York City seems to be the only place you can get away with selling a small cup of lemonade for $5 a pop. Unfortunately for Virsacorp, they would have to meet in the board room where the one of them will be fired by Trump. Donald Gould, who has an MD and a MBA, got the boot and the underdog, Sam Solovey, got to stay. The Apprentice is definitely a Score!
