Went to NYC to see Morcheeba at Irving Plaza yesterday!!  The band put on the best show. I've only seen them once so I can only judge by that experience alone...which was t-h-e   b-e-s-t.

There was no opening act for some unknown reason -- they didn't show up.  The show started at 10.  The whole vibe at IP was real laid back.  If you ever been there you know what I mean.  It's the best venue besides the Bowery Ballroom. Meet up a few people and just chilled out before the show started. Skye Edwards knows how to work a crowd.  Could have stayed and met the band but had to work the next day. 
That is the price you pay for living in jersey w/out a car.

Hoping Default concert is as enjoyable.  Secretly wish to see Avril Lavigne instead.
